Please sign up for as many as you wish. Once you have picked the events you want, please fax back to Leslie at 954-324-9663 or e-mail. The sign ups are on a first come, first served basis. Remember, each time you sign up you are guaranteed a minimum of $25 and the minimum is increased to $30 per event for those working the 11th or more events between July 2, 2011 and June 30, 2012.

Important reminder: If you can't be there for the date you signed up for, it is your responsibility to find a replacement (who has completed the alcohol training). If a replacement is not found, $40 will be deducted from your child's account as that is what Bank Atlantic Center charges us if we do not have enough workers

Attention JPT Band Alumni

If you are currently involved in music as a performer, student, teacher, military band, etc., please contact us with your updated information so we can place it on the web site.  Also include any honors you may have received during your post high school studies or post graduate.

Recycle Cell Phones and Printer Cartridges

Please turn in old cell phones and used printer cartridges. We are currently in 2nd place. If we can move to first place by December (Winter Break), we will win $1000.00. Ask friends, neighbors and co-workers to help collect and bring into the music office.  Cell phones bring in more money than printer cartridges.

Band and Student Honors

A number of our students have gone out on two major Florida university visitations through honor band events. The schools visited were The University of South Florida and Florida State University. They all performed extremely well and we are proud of their efforts.

Four of our best students represented JPT at this year's FMEA All-State Convention in Tampa! Two of those four students are consider the BEST IN THE STATE on their instruments. Please join me in congratulating them, as this does give them state-wide recognition.
